Since I’ve started collecting cast iron cookware, I’ve learned so much. When I saw this 3 quart combo, I was excited to find out that you can cook on the lid, too!
Yes, really. You just flip the lid over, and you have a small cast iron skillet!
How cool is that, right?
I know, I know. I’m a nerd, but please let me have my moment.
Oh, and one more thing about the lid…it has grooves, so it sits on top of the pot, perfectly. No sliding at all, just in case you’re wondering.
